Do I need a consultation first?+

Yes. Every treatment begins with a consultation so Dr. Al-Sharief can assess your goals and suitability. A consultation fee applies and is credited toward treatment if you proceed.

How do I prepare, and what should I bring?+

Bring your current skincare products and routine, and a list of any medications and supplements you are taking. Treatment-specific preparation is in your care guide above.

Will there be downtime?+

It varies by treatment. Your care guide explains what to expect, and we use medical-grade comfort measures during energy-based treatments.

How is patient safety handled?+

Every treatment is approached as a medical intervention under physician oversight. For injectables, hyaluronidase is kept on-site at all times for immediate management of any adverse event.

What are your fees, and do you take insurance?+

Sharief Aesthetics is a private-pay clinic; these are non-insured services not covered by provincial plans. Your fees are disclosed at consultation. We accept major credit cards, cash, and e-transfer.

What is your cancellation policy?+

We request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any change to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
