Dermal & Lip
Fillers.
The face is not a flat canvas; it is a dynamic, three-dimensional structure. Dr. Al-Sharief uses premium, Health Canada-approved hyaluronic acid dermal fillers to restore structural support, redefine contours, and support a refined, natural-looking facial balance.

Upper Face & Rhinoplasty
Temples & Forehead
Refilling the temples can lift the brow tail and help rebalance the "peanut" face shape. For deep forehead lines etched into the skin at rest, neuromodulators alone are not enough. We use soft filler to "float" these creases. Dr. Al-Sharief uses advanced cannula techniques in these high-risk zones to help reduce risk.
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
Using strategically placed filler, Dr. Al-Sharief can help camouflage a dorsal hump, support a drooping tip, or visually straighten the bridge. This is about camouflage and light reflection. The nose is a high-risk zone. We use a micro-droplet technique, often with a cannula, to prioritize safety.
Structural Foundation
Midface, Under-Eye & Jawline
The Zygomatic Anchor
The midface is the structural anchor. Before treating jowls, we often must restore volume here to "lift" the skin envelope. We contour the zygomatic arch to help define the cheekbone, and we replace deep fat pads to soften the appearance of a "tired" look.
Under-Eye Restoration
Dark circles are often a structural shadow caused by volume loss. We use soft-density filler to lift this depression. Dr. Al-Sharief performs this procedure utilizing micro-cannulas (blunt tips) to help reduce risk in this high-risk vascular zone.
Precision Artistry
The VVL™ Lip Technique
Architectural Lip Restoration
Instead of filling the lip horizontally (which can lead to the "sausage" look), Dr. Al-Sharief's Vertical Vector Lips (VVL™) technique places structural pillars of filler vertically into the lip tissue. This "tents" the lip with the aim of adding height, defining the borders, and supporting a flatter side profile.
Where previous filler has migrated or been over-placed, we often take a Dissolve & Rebuild approach to establish a stable foundation first.
Clinical Safety Protocol
Injectables involve risk. As a former Chief of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Al-Sharief utilizes deep anatomical knowledge to avoid high-risk zones and maintains Hyaluronidase (the medical reversal agent) on-site at all times. Your safety is our paramount clinical priority.
