High-Performance IPL
The Peak Power Advantage
Efficient Light Energy
Standard Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), also known as a photofacial, can require multiple sessions to see noticeable change. Our clinical team uses Lumecca Peak, part of the InMode Optimas Max platform — a high-performance IPL system built for strong peak power output.
Efficient Treatment
Lumecca Peak concentrates its output in the 500–600 nm range, which is well suited to targeting melanin and hemoglobin. This can help improve the appearance of pigmented and vascular concerns, often within 1 to 3 sessions.
Targeted Correction
Pigment & Vascularity
Targeting Sun Damage
Lumecca Peak targets the chromophores responsible for skin discoloration. The light energy draws deeper melanin (age spots, freckles, and sun damage) toward the surface. These spots typically darken before flaking off over the following days, for a more even-looking complexion.
Rosacea & Redness
For patients with chronic facial redness or rosacea, Lumecca Peak can target broken capillaries and diffuse redness, helping to soften the appearance of flushing for a calmer, more even-looking complexion.
Strict Sun Protocol
Because Lumecca Peak targets pigment, your skin needs to be at its baseline colour. We cannot treat tanned skin. Please strictly avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners for at least 3 weeks before your appointment to reduce the risk of complications.
